74 Duke Mayfair is a French brasserie concept blending classic French cuisine with subtle American influences, set within one of London’s most distinguished neighbourhoods. As part of the BVC Group, the venue offers an elegant yet relaxed dining atmosphere where tradition meets modern comfort. We joined during the construction phase, taking the project through full operational setup. This included developing service standards and SOPs, recruiting and training the team to fine dining expectations, and implementing all core operational systems including printers and POS. Every element was prepared to ensure a polished launch that reflected the concept’s refined identity.
SOMEWHERE HARRODS
Somewhere Harrods, part of the Independent Food Company portfolio, brings a distinctive dining experience to the iconic Harrods in Knightsbridge, one of the world’s most prestigious retail destinations. We became involved at the earliest stage, guiding the venue from construction handover through to opening. Our work included developing bespoke service standards and SOPs, overseeing recruitment, and training a team carefully selected to uphold both the restaurant’s concept and Harrods’ exacting standards. By working closely with Harrods and the marketing team, we built strong partnerships that ensured the launch was smooth and the service culture was firmly established from the very first day.
